We offer free shipping for all orders within the USA.
- Exchanges or returns can be solicited within 7 days of delivery.
- To solicit the exchange or return the client must get in contact with out customer service team via our service channels email@example.com
- The product must be in the packaging and with the label attached to it and without signs of use or removal of the label, Ours will analyze the product within 3 working days, after this period we will contact you to make the exchange or return.
- For cases of return for payment by credit card, we will do it by the same means and in case of payment via transfer or bank slip, the customer will receive the refund within 3 working days in an account in the same name.
- Return shipping is free for the first exchange.
- Reshipment is up to the customer to pay for.

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
